Entry into professional career with perspective

Pupils

Successfully start an exciting professional career. Kromberg & Schubert offers you the atmosphere of a family business combined with the structures of a global group. Take advantage of your opportunities thanks to a solid training with a global player in the automotive sector - as an IT specialist or industrial clerk. Or find out how it's like to work as a student internally.

Your training

Kromberg & Schubert's training plans are defined and officially approved in coordination with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As an IT specialist, you can choose between two specializations: application development and systems administration. Industry employees get to know all of the company's business departments. In the central services, you will gain valuable experience for about six months in a row. As cohesion is an absolute priority for us, regular joint excursions (for example to one of our production plants or to one of our customers) are organized with all the trainees.

Of course, you will enjoy all the amenities of a business group even during your training. You can use flexible working hours. In addition, you will participate in salary increases and one-time payments. Your contacts (m / f / d) in the specialized services, the works council and the training managers will always listen to your personal concerns.

Your student internship

Choosing the right profession is not easy. Thanks to the school internships, you can get a clear idea of the education at Kromberg & Schubert at an early stage. Get to know the training professions without any obligation. As a student, all you have to do is do an internship with us during the vacation months.

Your application

Your application will be sent to the specialized service. During a first meeting, you will have an overview of the company and the progress of your training or your student internship. You tell us about your experiences and your wishes. If you've convinced us, we'll discuss all the details of your training or internship plan at a later meeting. We look forward to receiving your application.
